Tena koutou Katoa. I have been a director at Abernethy
Broatch Law since 2019 and now in 2025, I am proud to be a partner of Abernethy
Broatch McFetridge Law.
My law journey started from growing up in a farming
community on the Hauraki Plains. Much of my early life was not so much filled
with scholarly pursuits, rather participating in every sport available. I
represented New Zealand rowing, played first class rugby for Thames Valley, and
represented NZ Police rugby 7s at the world police and fire games. I spent 18
years in law enforcement before the time was right to seek out further
challenges. A law degree satisfied the challenge, and the continuous development
of the law continue make every day an exciting challenge.
My life experience gives me a unique approach to issues from
a wider real-world context, which assists my clients to then seek practical
solutions to real life problems.
